Tips on how to use the service for those who don't speak Russian
We recommend using the service in the Google Chrome browser. To translate this and other pages of the site, as well as the preface text at the beginning of the programme, use the browser's translation function (through the right-button menu).
If you don't speak Russian, then this will not prevent you from using our service without significant problems. You may experience only minor inconvenience at the very beginning of the program due to the need to use Google translator to understand some definitions of unfamiliar words that use Russian words. Russian is used to define some words in the first few training cycles only when it is not possible to give a definition in English through previously introduced words. Considering that at the beginning the programme introduces words known to most users who have some knowledge of English, then the need to use the translator will not arise often.
The words that are introduced in the course of the programme are then repeated enough times in exercises of various types so that you can memorize those that were previously unfamiliar or forgotten. Very soon the programme will use fully English definitions only with those words that you previously learned, and Google translator will no longer be required.
At the end of the page we give links to open a window with Google translator for some languages. You can open the translator you need in the narrow window on the right side of the screen. If you place the window with our service on the rest of the screen, you will be able to see its content at the same time as the translator. When you see an unfamiliar word whose definition you cannot understand due to the use of Russian words in it, you just need to enter this English word in the upper text box of the translator, and it will show you the meanings of this word in your native language. We also recommend reducing the text scale in the translator (zoom out) by several steps through its menu or keyboard keys. This will allow you to see without scrolling all the information on words that have many meanings.
If you cannot find here links to the language you need, open any of these links and switch the translator through its menu to your language.
